Banana Bread: Simple and Delicious

If you’re looking for a bread alternative, look no further. This might just be the simplest bread recipe you’ll ever see.

I don’t like to put any sort of flour, sugar or baking powder to my recipe to keep it simple, healthy and hassle-free.


4 big ripe bananas
80g of rolled oats (you can use gluten free ones if you prefer)
A handful of blueberries (or chocolate if you want to eat it as a dessert)

Toppings (optional):

a handful of walnuts 

Preheat the oven at 180°C. Mash the bananas with a fork, then add the oats and mix it until you get a even, smooth consistency. Lastly add the blueberries or chocolate and mix it gently.

Line a bread tin with some baking paper and pour the mix in it. Top it up with some walnuts if you like and leave it in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Make sure you start checking the bread after 15 minutes so that it doesn’t burn.

This is one of my favourite recipes and you can literally eat it whenever you want, breakfast, lunch, dinner or even for pudding. It’s just so good!
