If you’re into the Kardashians, and like avocados – this is for you.
Now I’m pretty sure that Kourtney K didn’t come up with this recipe, but it’s tasty, and if you watch KUWTK, you will definitely recognize it.
This requires 3 ingredients, or 4 if you don’t want to add vanilla (that’s my personal touch).
- 1 x Avocado (ripe).
- half a cup of almond milk/soya milk (sweetened preferred)
- half teaspoon of vanilla extract
- a teaspoon of honey OR castor sugar.
You will need to throw all of this in a blender until smooth. Let it sit in the fridge for 20 mins so its nice and cold and there you have it.
Breakfast on a budget and you’ll feel a bit prestige too.
