I am always snacking on something, whether that’s fruit, chocolate or crisps. Most of the time, though, I feel extremely guilty for eating something I know my stomach won’t like.
If you enjoy snacking as much as me but are struggling to find a healthy alternative that will sort your hunger for a while, here’s one of the easiest recipes in the history of easy recipes.
Chop your bananas into little slices, spread peanut butter on one slice and place a second slice on top of the first one. Place the ‘banana sandwiches’ on some baking paper and put them in the freezer for at least an hour (or until solid).
Whilst they freeze, melt your dark chocolate (either in the microwave or on the hub in a bowl). Remove the banana sandwiches from the freezer, dip them into the melted chocolate and put them back in the freezer for at least an hour.
